Rich, earthy and creamy with a touch of sweetness, without overpowering notes of beet or maca.
You’ve probably heard that beets are an excellent source of key nutrients, including iron, folate, potassium, magnesium and vitamin C, as well as other antioxidants. But you might not know that many of the health benefits associated with beets are attributed to their high nitrate concentration, which the body converts to nitric oxide. This vital molecule has many health benefits, including improved exercise performance, lower blood pressure and enhanced brain function. It has been cultivated since ancient times and was first used for its medicinal properties by the Romans and Greeks.
The maca plant is a cruciferous vegetable (like broccoli, kale and cauliflower) that was first cultivated in the Andes of central Peru, hence its alternate name, peruvian ginseng. Traditionally, maca has been known to support hormone health, energy, fertility, and vitality. Landish maca root powder is fermented to optimize digestibility and bioavailability.
An herbal tea made from the leaves and stems of the Ilex paraguariensis plant that has been consumed for centuries in South America for its energy-boosting, mental clarity-enhancing, and antioxidant-rich properties. It contains caffeine and theobromine for a balanced energy boost.
A type of mushroom traditionally gathered in the Himalayas. Forced to adapt to high altitudes, lower oxygen levels, and freezing temperatures, cordyceps evolved to thrive, making them one of the most potent functional mushrooms. Cordyceps militaris mushrooms are thought to increase the production of the molecule adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the body, which delivers energy to the muscles. This may help to explain cordyceps’s ability to improve physical performance and to fight fatigue and lethargy.

Yes! It can be used as a more effective and healthier alternative to traditional sugary sports drinks. Beetroot has been shown to improve athletic performance by increasing blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles, while cordyceps has been found to increase adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the source of energy for use and storage by muscle cells, and nutrient-dense maca has also been traditionally used to boost energy levels.

You can, but for a much better consistency, taste and overall experience we recommend mixing it with oat milk. Other milks and plant-based milks work too.
I live the nutritional profile of Landish, but the taste just doesn’t work for me. Way too much coconut milk powder. It makes all the drinks taste the same. I’ve been trying a bunch of these. Clevr is delicious but too high in carbs. Golde tastes better and is probably my best go to right now, but it still has too much coconut milk taste as well - feel like there should be something better. Blume also great nutrition but zero sweetness- requires effort to taste good.
