All prices on this website are in United States dollars. We accept all of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Purchases made on landish.co are securely sent to our offices where they are reviewed. Once the order is verified and paid in full, it will be processed and delivered.

At Landish our best efforts are put towards maintaining an updated inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified promptly and given the choice between receiving a refund for the item or the option to wait for the item to be restocked and sent at a later date. Customers accept to pay for goods and services purchased through the Landish website and recognize that buying goods or services online is equivalent to purchases made in a physical store.

Landish reserves the right to change its prices at any time during the subscription period. In this case, Landish will publish, prior to the price change, notices on its website or through any other mode that Landish chooses, in order to inform you of the changes.

WEBSITE USE

Harassment in any manner or form on the website via email or blog, or using obscenities or abuse is strictly prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or publish through the site any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or objectionable which may constitute or encourage an offense, violate rights in any way that can cause liability or violate any which law. You cannot upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or of any other organization.

SECURITY

Landish works to protect your personal information during transactions using a secure system. Landish employees do not have access to your credit card information because they are encrypted the moment a transaction is completed. Only the company managing transactions with which Landish is doing business receives this encrypted information. Other personal information collected by Landish is used to ship your order, to contact you in case of need, or to let you know about all the opportunities and proposed activities Landish has to offer. You may, at any time, ask that your information is removed from our database.

SHIPPING

A delivery fee of $7.99 will be added for any order under $59 after discounts and promotion codes and before sales taxes. Landish relinquishes all property rights to the buyer when the products are handed to the shipping company. The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signing of a received receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible to track, and recuperate the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company. If an order item is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, you must immediately contact Landish. To contact us, write to hello@landish.ca or call 1-888-997-3629. Landish will not be held responsible for any items that have not been returned within a maximum of 30 days after the order has been delivered. 

DENIAL OF PARTICIPATION

Landish does not and cannot review all communications and material posted or created by users who access the website and is in no way responsible for the content of these communications and the material. You acknowledge that by allowing yourself to view and distribute user-written content on this site, Landish simply acts as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability for any content or activity on this site. TERMS OF SALE

 RETURN POLICY

All Landish products purchased on landish.co can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Landish does not cover shipping charges related to returns.

A minimum of 90% of the product's full net weight must be returned for refund eligibility.

This return policy does not apply to orders purchased in store or from other websites.

Please contact a Landish customer service representative at hello@landish.co to issue the refund. Please indicate the order number and items you wish to return.

The customer service representative will provide you with a RMA number that needs to be clearly written on the exterior of the return shipping box. The customer service representative will also provide the return address. Once shipped you will need to provide the tracking number to customer service representative. 

If a return meets all of the above conditions, a refund for the returned item(s) will be issued within 14 days of the items being received.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At Landish our best efforts are put toward maintaining an updated inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified promptly and given the choice between receiving a refund, swap for a different item or wait for the item to be restocked and sent at a later date.

PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Landish offers subscription plans for its products on the basis of a 30-day or 60-day delivery interval. For more information about our subscriptions, please visit our FAQs. Please note that all subscription orders are final and non-refundable.

WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT LANDISH OR OUR THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTOMATICALLY AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A SCHEDULED BASIS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES, AND (B) YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR STOP PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE SITES OR PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT LANDISH WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU MAY CANCEL IN YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS ON ACCOUNT OR BY EMAILING US AT HELLO@LANDISH.CO AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS YOU RECEIVE. YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME, BUT IF YOU CANCEL AFTER THE DAILY CUTOFF (12 am ET on the day prior to your upcoming renewal), YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE, AND BE CHARGED FOR, THE NEXT WEEK’S SHIPMENT. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES (INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) INCURRED PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. IN THIS CASE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

In the event you cancel your subscription to Landish products, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Landish, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the instructions to unsubscribe provided in each of such communication.
