RETURN POLICY

All Landish products purchased on landish.co can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Landish does not cover shipping charges related to returns.

A minimum of 90% of the product's full net weight must be returned for refund eligibility.

This return policy does not apply to orders purchased in store or from other websites.

Please contact a Landish customer service representative at hello@landish.co to issue the refund. Please indicate the order number and items you wish to return.

The customer service representative will provide you with a RMA number that needs to be clearly written on the exterior of the return shipping box. The customer service representative will also provide the return address. Once shipped you will need to provide the tracking number to customer service representative. 

If a return meets all of the above conditions, a refund for the returned item(s) will be issued within 14 days of the items being received.
